Job description:3.90m x 3.82 approx, one room involved. the area is a small living room the wall that needs removing is a small fireplace approx 3ft in height wall that runs the length of the room. once removed the area behind it will need sorting out. the wooden floor has been put down on top of quarry tiles without a damp proof membrane so has rotted in places & needs removing & replacing with a laminate floor. The archway in the living room/kitchen i would like square and walls replastered
