Job description:i want a perimeter wall around the house a similar design to the picture uploaded, i will also upload a picture of the front of my property so you can see the size required. I havent had any quotes and the budget is open to discussion. for anything over 1 meter high i will need planning permission so might require some to scale drawings for the council planning office.
