Job description:Im not sure on the budget as I have no idea how much this job would cost. What we want to achieve is a large kitchen diner. currently the dining room is part of the living room therefore we will be putting up a stud wall to seperate these 2 rooms. We need basic fitting of an RSJ across a 10ft wall. Once the 2 rooms are made in to one the over all measurements of the room will be 16ft by 10 ft aprox.
