Job description:Dear Sirs, I am looking for a quote for doing the following work. Lengthening and increasing the height of a single garage and conversion into a studio accomodation with shower room and toilet facilities to the rear. Arrangement of plans and planning permission. Velux window to the roof and windows to the front and rear. New front door. (All double glazed) Addition of radiator, heated towel rail, redirection of drainage. Ensuring weather and damp proof, and all specifications comply with building regulations.
