Job description:A victorian house with 2 downstairs rooms a kitchen and cellar. I want; The dividing wall between the 2 rooms knocking down (there is an RSJ. Front room doorway to be boarded up. Full front room to be re plastered remove existing skirting and replace. back room full re plastered,new ceiling with spot lights, existing skirting and architrave removed and replaced remove all rubbish, rubble etc The work will need to be carried out on 2 seperated occasions as will need to swap furniture betwen rooms etc
