Knock through internal wall in Gotham

Job description:need to know down an internal wall, but I would need the builder to check if a new lintel is required. Joinery wark to reallocate kitchen cupboards, install new ones, move kitchen radiator and new flooring. I'm flexible with strat date but want to buy additional kitchen cupboards before 2nd of May as ther eis an offer on but wanted to get the builder to check that my proposal is feasible first
