Job description:A bridge-link needs to be provided by forming a new opening to the rear right of the prefabricated section abutting our front office units and a covered walkway crossing our factory floor to a single storey section between an adjacent office unit. The new bridge-link would span the 7.5 metre wide factory floor using steel beams to support a new floor and side walls. The beams would be at the landing level above an emergency exit staircase in the adjacent offices. A section of pitched roof to the factory floor would need to be replaced by a new flat roof at pedestrian walkway level
