Job description:- Relocate kitchen area (and boiler?) to incorporate a utility room; reinstall kitchen wall, base and full height units; connect built in oven, hob and extractor and other appliances; tile floor; fit plug sockets, recess and under cupboard lighting etc (10ft x 16ft). - Shorten the old kitchen area width (from 8ft 3" to 5ft 6") and length (from 16ft to 10ft) and build interior wall on two sides; install additional plug sockets; seal old doorway and create a new one; fit new door. - Build an interior wall (may use glass bricks) to create a study area (3ft x 5ft 6") in lounge/dining area; create a new doorway into kitchen and fit door; add additional plug sockets. - Remove interior wall (12ft wide) to make through lounge/diner - Create a doorway from entrance hall to lounge area - Dismantle and relocate conservatory; tile floor; under floor heating; electrics etc (around 17ft x 9ft 8") - Relocate downstairs WC (under the stairs or in entrance hall); redirect plumbing and fit 2-piece suite - Install under floor heating using sheets (Devi system). - Fit roof (not pitched) to house sliding glass doors in (new) kitchen area (into garden). I am in the process of completing on a property purchase and would like a rough guide on how much the above work will cost to ensure we have enough in our budget. This will be very much appreciated. I can fax tradesmen a diagram of the layout if this helps. Thank you very much for your assistance.
