Job description: Supply and fit as below, number 1 to 4 1.Bath panels standard size in tongue and groove and paint matching to existing colour bathroom fit door strip matching existing ones in the house. 2.Wc box of pipes fittings under wash basin matching to existing material as such Beading matching to one in bathroom around wc floor new door strip matching in the house. 3.Basement , box off exposed pipes on floor ,secure skirting and new door strip 4.Fit new cabinet doors to kitchen units (fix supplied handles). Improvements. A. Refit doors and handles to water tank cupboard on 1st floor and paint along existing exposed wood in white colour . B. Sort out wc door it is upside downVarnish frame too much wood removed from bottom of door re-fix it Refit and 2 new door bolts one each in wc1st and wc 2nd in basement fit tile splash above basin and fit supplied mirror and shelf. C. Fit new 3 lever lock in bathroom and adjust door knobs to fit with lock to and make good to door. D. Fit blinds to 3 window in total Kitchen and , 2nd floor rear bedroom, and basement reception window to size , and fit 2 curtain poles 1st floor rear bedroom and hall. E. Clean gutters and refix side gutter back to wall and make good. F. Adjust 2nd floor front bedroom window to function as it requires to sand it to size so it closes properly. G. Fit new yale lock to basement rear external door Sizes.
