Job description:widen front driveway access & fit new metal driveway low gates approx 4 no. airbricks fitted to ventilate cellar repair (?relead - code 5 lead?) bay window roof repointing area of side house wall to solve damp problem (inc sealing under side window & poss ventilate chimney breast with airbricks) approx 10 sq m repointing? also inside to rake out damaged/damp affected areas of plaster along side wall & chimney breast in top bedroom approx 4m x 2.5m & replaster possibly also other areas of plastering inside (mainly skimming)-hall & stairs (3-bed semi Victorian 3-storey)
