Job description:through lounge and dining room need new floor joists and floor boards. the walls need some kind of damp proof treatment. All the walls need plastering and the archway between the rooms needs squaring off. The house is a traditional 1930's building. there is a crawling space between the joists and the earth floor. the rooms are approx 26 feetx12feet combined
