Job description:I am planning to have a 2 story extension at the back of my house, 3.5m x 9m. I have full planning and building permission from Broxtowe council. I am looking for a builder to get give a 'reasonable' quote for this extension, as I have spent a whole year doing my homework. I will go ahead with the extension if I get the right builder. The quote should include all the building work, internal and external, plumming and electric upto plastering. I will be providing the new boiler and pressure tanks and the bathroom and kitchen bits.

Budget:Over £30,000
