Job description:1. replace wood lintel above integral single garage. Lintel approx 2.5m supporting upper floor in conventional house. Wall double skin brick construction. 2. knock through kitchen dining wall. create apporx 2.5m opening arch.Wall does not appear to be significantly load bearing but I am not a builder. 3. knock through hall to garage - to create internal doorway access. 4. Rear extension- single storey 3m depth 7m width across back of house. Sloped tile roof with velux or equivalent sunk in 2-3 depending on cost. Extension to have 2 sets of double doors evenly space across the back. Would like the quotes separate if possible. The top 3 jobs would definitely be immediate. The extension will be either immediate or within next year dependant on cost.
