Job description:Looking to put an offer in on a house that requires work. Want to obtain a quote for the work that is both required and the work we would like to get done so that feasibility and cost can be factored in. If we were to have an offer accepted we would be looking to start work ASAP whilst we are still in rented accommodation, so would look at taking the quote forward to expedite this process.
