Job description:Conversion of integral 4x2.8m garage to bedroom: * Removal of garage door and lintel, bricking up and fitting 1.8x1.2m window. * Knock doorway through into existing lounge. * Remove and re-partition studwork at rear of garage that currently forms utility room. * Joist and floor out garage area at ground floor level. * Extend central heating to new radiator under front window. * Extend ring main for 2 x double sockets, re-route lighting switch to door area.Fit new consumer unit. * Build services cupboard for meters/consumer unit etc. * Insulated plasterboard, skim and skirting / window board. * Fit firedoor to lounge.
