Job description:Move the garage door forward to match the front of the house, divide the garage in two by building a wall with a door in it. Knock a door through from the house to the new room. We would like a small toilet in the new room and radiators in the spaces too. The floor would need insulating, plumbing and wires for plug, aerial and phone.
