Job description:Remove metal staircase, which is bolted to concrete floor and enters 1st floor. Reinstate beams, lay floor, reinstate ceiling, repairs to ground level floor. Associated works to adjust, strengthen units affected by removal of stairs. While it is difficult to know the scale of the work - I woul dhave thought it will take a week or 10 days.
