Job description:8 metres x 3.5 metres. 1)Take down existing conservatory and disconnect services allowing for 1no:skip. 2)Dig out foundations to a depth of 1 metre. 3)Build substructure brickwork up to Damp Proof Course Level. 4)Alter drainage to facilitate new layout. 5)Pour concrete to form new ground floor including visqueen and concrete.6)Build superstructure brickwork up to single storey height. 7) Form pitched roof carcass including felt battens add tiles to match existing. 8) Plaster complete extension.9) Supply and fit 15no:spot lights, 3no:light switches for separattion of lights into three groups. Supply and fit 5no: double sockets.Relocate/refit existing rear door & window. 10) Supply/fit PVC multi lock French Door.2no:radiators. Planning consent gained for two storey to rear(expires Feb:2012) Planning advise not necessary for the one storey. Building Regs not applied for yet.
