Job description:Our house is a 1960s ex-local authority semi in Greenfield, approx 6 metres wide. We would like a full width single storey extension to extend 3 metres to the rear of the property with 1 x double door, 1 x window and 2 x velux windows. The garden slopes up from the house, so some earth would need moving. The room created will be a kitchen, which we will fit ourselves so some plumbing and electric sockets are required and the room needs plastering. Many thanks.
