Helical bars required in an internal supporting wall in cottage (c.1800) in Royton

Job description:Having consulted a structural surveyor about a worrying crack in the wall of our cottage, he suggests that it is quite a common problem and would best be fixed by several helical bars through the brickwork. It starts in the lounge, then goes up to the bedroom above, fanning out as it goes. Obviously, with a cottage of this age, any structural building work can uncover all sorts of nasties, so I would prefer someone with a lot of experience of structural work in old houses :-) That is the main job, although there are several other more cosmetic building jobs also required, so the budget I've put down above is obviously a very rough guess.
