MAKE SINGLE TO DOUBLE GARAGE in Uppermill

Job description:I need a single garage with a flat roof making into a double sized garage with a tiled roof and eaves storage space. This will entail moving 2 trees and taking down a conservatory that is currently on the side of the old garage!! There is currently power and light in the garage. There is one window, I don't want any more windows. I would like to know costs involved before taking this idea any further.
