Stairs - To reinstate newel post, handrail and spindles Hallway Wall - remove dividing plasterboard wall (including door and frame) between hallway and living room. Relocate light switches make good damage including putting plasterboard in gap at ceiling left after removing wall 4. Block up the door opening to kitchen, and plaster new blockwork.
