Job description:Construction of a single story open plan kitchen extension with approximate external mesurements of 7m wide (house width) x 4m long (into rear garden). There will be no opening in the side walls, and the back wall facing the rear garden will have a large set of folding patio doors covering 3-4m in width and a standard 1-1.5m wide window. The work required will consist of foundations and full brickwork, waste pipes installation and complete roofing (with installation of 2 velux windows which will be provided unless they can be purchased through the building contractor at a cheaper price). Patio doors and window installation, as well as internal work including electrical wiring, plumbing, plasterboard/insulation, plastering, tile flooring and decoration are not required through the building contractor. However, a separate quotation with break down for these would be appreciated.
