Job description:2 rooms. one room 7x3 M and the other is 5x3 M. They used to be a workshop/storage area. Brand new roof just completed. walls and floors need levelling, damp proofing and insulating. The smaller room I'd like a bthroom putting in to make an ensuite bedroom. The larger room will be a dining room. The structure is joined onto the house
