Laying concrete/timber floor in North Hinksey and Wytham

Job description:Shed at the bottom of the garden with power and light (no heating) in need of a new floor. Please price for both options... Opt A: Concrete - Allow for 25mm insulation vertically to perimeter, 50mm insulation and DPM on-top of the existing concrete floor (not level) and a 50mm levelled slab/screed poured on top. Total area 10.2m2. Not really the best time of year for it but would be looking to have the work done by second week of Jan. Opt B: Timber - Allow for 2 no. timber beams to be fixed along 3.4m length to face of internal blockwork with joists hung across 3.0m between at 600mm centres. 150mm insulation between joists with 18mm OSB floor covering. Timescale as above.
