Job description:In 1979 small terrace house. A WC cubicle within existing small dining area off kitchen, with easy access to outside door. Connect with existing internal waste and plumbing. Lightweight perspex windows, folding/sliding doors, save space, admit maximum light. Existing walls: one outside, one parti. Wall cupboard and floor-standing bookcase to be removed, grab rail and small wall-mounted shelves to be fitted. Loose-laid existing carpet covers existing vinyl tiles.
