Job description:renovate bathroom, moving a boiler on ground floor to first floor, installing new en suite bathroom, walls and floor made good (decorating) for 2 bedrooms and a living dining room, removing a built in closet from a bedroom, installing a set of french windows in kitchen, repair roof with a few cracked and missing tiles, repair gutter on first floor, repoint chimney, possibly changing radiators. I'm sorry that I don't have a measurement, but the work involves basically the ground floor and first floor of a century old typical terrace house.
