Job description:Hello, I was wondering if you could give us a quote on a repair to our chimney stack? We are currently in the process of buying a house and our survey has shown that the staircase does not conform to building regulation practice, as there is no balustrade, which poses a significant health and safety risk. Can you help at all? Unfortunately, we cannot give you the spec as yet as the house is not ours but we will need a rough quote. Best wishes, Charlie
