Job description:I've got planning permission to build a two story extension and a single story extension at the back of my property. The two story extension is aprox. 5m by 5m with bay windows. It involves a main living room downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs. The single extension is aprox. 4m by 4m and is the dinning room with sliding doors and a piramid roof/window. Internal work to the current house involves the building of three new bathrooms in the first floor and relocation of current toilet downstair and building of utility room downstairs.We also need a new boiler and a megaflo tank. Copies of plans available on request or by looking at in the council web site under our address. Building regulation plans will be ready by end of February
