Job description:Some rafters in main roof have been treated but there is recent evidence of wood boring. Kitchen roof is c 10ft across and is sagging so that the tiles are below the cement fillet at the wall joint. Quotes needed for both prior to house purchase and repairs to be done in Jan/Feb
