Taking two walls out and building one wall to extend rooms in the house. in Central

Job description:Wall to be built is: ^103inches >88inches Wall(1) to be taken out is: ^103inches >158inches Wall(2) to be taken out is: ^103inches >154inches Both walls that need to be taken out are brick walls, and the only thing that im not sure about is if steel beams would need to be put in place for support before taking the walls out. There are two central heaters that would need moving to another wall aswell, need job doing asap if the quote is right. thank you.
