Removal of kitchen internal brick walls/chimney - originally oil boiler surround and pantry in Deeping St James

Job description:I have a requirement for an alteration to be completed within the next 4/5 weeks(January). A ground floor kitchen short internal wall to be demolished which supports a shortened floor joist - this needs to be professionally extended into house internal wall (when chimney brickwork removed). Attached to this wall is an old oil boiler concrete and brick surround which supports a rough internal chimney arrangement encasing the old boiler flexipipe flue. This internal chimney brickwork needs to be interrupted further up or removed completely right through to roof.(I've knocked out an inspection hole to see all this.) No decoration,plumbing or electrics required. Thanks.
