Job description:Converting two double-fronted cottages into a single dwelling including first floor domer extension rear, new pitched slate roof to rear, extending current ground floor extension (c.6 sq.m), new pitched slate roof to ground floor extension, reconfigure window openings (inc 2 new large opening requiring RSJs), fit new windows and external doorsets (c.30 openings in total), removal of load-bearing wall and insertion of RSJs (x2), installation of four bathrooms, some reconfiguration of internal stud walls, replumbing (inc. installation of solar water and space heating and water harvesting systems), elecrtical rewiring. Planning permission for all work already approved.
