Job description:To provide one additional bedroom upstairs with dressing area and en-suite (wc, handbasin and shower)one window in bedroom and one in en-suite, spot lights used for upstairs,one rad, entrance to bedroom to be constructed from upstairs landing. Downstairs to provide a dining room with sitting area, wall lights,2 rads, 1 double window and 1 french folding doors. Kitchen knocked through to utility room to provide a larger kitchen, existing units to be reused with a new worktop granite. Wall from kitchen to extension to be removed so kithen and dining room are open plan. Plans will be needed to be drawn up. approx 9mtrs by 4mtrs
