To incorporate garage into main building in Werrington South

Job description:I'd like to incorporate my garage into my house. At the moment, the garage runs along the gable end of my property and is the length of the front room and the sitting room. There's already a lintel in place of the second room where there's what used to be an exterior window and the garage has a bedroom on top where the upstairs part of the gable end wall was also taken out. Initially looking at a quote to design and install an RSJ or lintel to support the building once the wall between garage and the downstairs rooms has been taken out. Would then need a quote for levelling the flooring and plastering the new room. (I may be able to do some of this myself).
