Job description:There is currently a separate kitchen and dining room which are next to each other. We would like to demolish the wall that separates them and then have a new kitchen fitted to create a kitchen/diner. The utility room would also need to be re-fitted to match the new kitchen but will remain separate. The property is around 7 years old and we do not believe the wall is structural (but will need advice on this). We have included supply and installation of kitchen, finished to a high standard in our approximate budget. We would preferably like you to be able to order, supply and fit the kitchen in addition to demolishing the wall or be able to refer us to a good supplier/installer you work with. Room sizes are approximately: Dining Room - 2.95m x 2.64m, Kitchen - 2.82m x 2.64m and Utility - 2.26m x 2.23m.

Budget:£4,000 - £8,000
