Job description:Our kitchen is in the basement and we want vinyl floors put in, we have just pulled up the old fake wooden floor to reveil a hefty concrete scar meeting chip board with a section of tiles as well. There is also holes in the concrete and cannot fix the vinyl to this as it uneven. What I need is someone to make the floor level, the room is 4x5 metres.
