Remove aluminium rear back door, block up, replace with new pvc window. To the front of the house, remove existing pvc window, remove existing front wall and bring out level with front of property. Replace new pvc window, re-render outside, re-render and plaster inside. Design, supply and fit new kitchen. Size of dining room 11ft x 8ft, kitchen 14ft x 4ft.
