Job description:The property requires some renovation including repairs to guttering, manhole cover, basement bay window, new doors throughout, removal and replacement of wall coverings and possible rendering and plastering. It is possible that two rooms need to be reconfigured which means that the bathroom is moved to another floor in the house. If the reconfiguration proposed is successful, this is likely to involve walls being removed in one room, the bathroom suite removed. A wall in another room will need to be removed and a new wall erected and the bathroom suite installed.
