Job description:PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF ALL OR MOST OF BELOW: rear 1 room extension to double the size of the kitchen installation of new kitchen refurbishment of upstairs bathroom installation of en suite shower/wc in master bedroom installation of en suite shower/wc in guest room possible complete replacement of old central heating system with new radiators and pipework complete internal painting and redecoration installation of some extra electricity sockets and some new light sockets throughtout the house and full electrical safety check. To be done to tight timescale- mid August to early September

Budget:£15,000 - £30,000
