Job description:I possible have a damp problem that is affecting the inside area arround the sliding door that leads to the garden area. I also, need a drainage cover fitting (within the conservatory) after a waste water leak due to a drain blockage. The drain had been concreated over so really need a cover over this (which will then be covered with laminate flooring) so to give easy access should a blockage occur again in the future.
