Job description:Move 2 light switches & remove 1 double socket. Remove an internal load bearing wall between kitchen and dining room. Supply and fit 203*133mm ub30 steel beam placed on concrete padstones. Fit timber framing to beam & cover with 2 layers fo 12mm plasterboard with arex sipple finish. Make good plaster reveals at each end & make good floor & leave ready for floor finish. ake good skirting to reveal at each end.
