Complete renovation of bathroom and flat in Whiston

Job description:I am looking for an experienced builder with good ratings to renovate bathroom and flat after having a leak about a few months ago. Will also need to install ventilation to the falt, replace some plaster boards and paint the flat ( 1 bed). The builder must also have expereince in damp treatment and ventilation. Property is in Merseyside so looking for local builder or someone who is willing to travel to L35 at no extra costs. This job needs to be completed in about 1-2 weeks maximum so will appreciate commitment to project. References will be required.
