Putting dormas on to replace velux windows in Freckleton

Job description:We have an original attic with normal stairs that we use as a bedroom. It is roughly seperated into 2 rooms because of internal wall. We want more space so would like dormas put in and an en suite if possible. Also, we would like the whole area to conform with new building regs so it can then be classed as a 4 bed house.
