Internal Wall suffering from Penetrating Damp in Kirkham

Job description:Internal Wall In Kitchen - We are having an issue with this wall and at times it gets fairly wet esp after it rains. In the summer it has been fairly dry so believe that it is being caused by an issue outside of the house. We cannot see anything from the outside and checked with the neighbours from next door but they believe that they have no leaks. The bathroom is directly above and we believe that is not coming from the bathroom as the leak would be constant.
