Job description:I have some damp coming from under floor. Access can be gained beneath floorboards. I had damp proof course injected around 12 years ago, damp is back. I would like someone to inspect underfloor cavity to find source of damp...it maybe old pipework or something (victorian terraced house). I don't want dampt to keep recurring without finding root of the problem, as it is a lot of upheaval. We did have a supply pipe leak last summer and I was hoping that was the cause of the damp, but it has reappeared this winter.... After finding source of problem I then need pipework replacing or damp source repairing and damp areas replastering.
