Job description:Extention and reconfiguration of the ground floor: Convert the extention at the rear of the property from a flat roof conservatory and Bathroom. Multiple glazed folding doors across the rear of the property - reconfigure to allow 1st floor rear bedroom to be extended by aprox 1.5m. Property is a flat roof. Build 1st floor balcony at rear with cast iron balustrades. Remove existing conservatroy inside wall that leads into kitchen. (Lintel req) Remove Inside Batroom wall into kitchen.(Lintel Req) The Extention will need to be reinforced to take 1st floor extention. Aprox size of extention: Ground Floor: 0.3m x 3.5m 1st Floor 1.5m x 3.5m Will require existing foundations to be reinforced.
