Fix/replc broken tiles, cornicing cracked as well as chimney in Katesgrove

Needed: Builder in Katesgrove, RG1

Job submitted:Nov 22, 2006

Job description:Slipped and broken tiles on the pitched roof. They need to be fixed down (and some replacements may be needed). The cornicing at the front of the building is cracked and one large piece of stonework looks as if it could come loose. Part of this is caused by a weed growing in a crack (pushing the stone further apart). The side wall (adjacent to 66 London Street where access can be made from their flat roof) has badly repaired cracks. The filling has come away as per the cornicing. The chimneys also appear to be cracked and needs to be repaired.

Budget:N/A
