Job description:Bathroom, approx 6.5 wide by 8.5ft long. Concrete floor needs breaking up, removed and relayed with damp membrane, insulation, concrete and screed. An internal wall (original external wall that sticks into the room by 2.5ft) to be removed and an RSJ or lintel supplied and fitted in its place (roof being done at same time). The walls need to be treated for damp, dry lined (where not 9 inch) and plastered. Ceiling to be removed and insulated and replaced with new plaster ceiling. Brick up window of approximately 3ft by 2ft. Fit new wash basin, toilet, bath and mains shower.
