Job description:Relocate Bathroom and Kitchen in ground floor reconfiguration. Site has easy side access. The plumbing does not need major relocation as the bathroom appliances will be moved to where kitchen sink was and vice versa. Gas hob supply will need relocating. Work to be done: raise 2m squared of floor by about 10 cm lower 2m of ceiling brick up single door take out double windows (wooden) and remove bricks to install double doors (upvc) install 2 studded plasterboard walls for 6x4 foot bathroom remove 2 internal walls and install 1 load bearing wall (pitched roof above) with a RSJ or concrete lintel relocate radiator and install another rewire relocate gas supply for gas hob relocate boiler and water tank (poss install Maxi-flow system)
